Why Smoothies Diet is better option than other diet

Diet - When we hear this word, we kind of dislike it. But, we want to lose weight so we have no option left other than to follow the Diet. Now, what will happen is we start a diet which we don't like and enjoy as a result we don't stick to it therefore we don't lose weight. When all this happens, we get demotivated and feel bad about ourselves for not sticking to the diet.  You don't have to feel bad because that diet has ultimately had to be broken. Do you know why because when we do something we don't enjoy doing, we can't do or stick to it for the long term. You can look back at your life where you are excited to do something and you do it even that hard because you enjoy doing that. The same goes for diet if you get a diet that you enjoy from within you will stick to it, at least most people will (let's be realistic) All this I am saying from my personal experience.
