Diet - When we hear this word, we kind of dislike it. But, we want to lose weight so we have no option left other than to follow the Diet.
Now, what will happen is we start a diet which we don't like and enjoy as a result we don't stick to it therefore we don't lose weight.
When all this happens, we get demotivated and feel bad about ourselves for not sticking to the diet.
You don't have to feel bad because that diet has ultimately had to be broken. Do you know why because when we do something we don't enjoy doing, we can't do or stick to it for the long term. You can look back at your life where you are excited to do something and you do it even that hard because you enjoy doing that.
The same goes for diet if you get a diet that you enjoy from within you will stick to it, at least most people will (let's be realistic)
All this I am saying from my personal experience. I also struggle to lose weight for years. I used to watch a lot of YouTube videos on how to lose weight and a lot of exercise videos which I couldn't keep up with. So in one video, I found one very good tip which I am very grateful for. I followed that tip which helped me so much that I lost weight easily and happily.
The tip is we focus on losing weight instead we have to change our mindset to become healthy. When you start doing that weight loss is just a natural result of eating healthy.
I follow this tip, I start eating to become healthy and cut all those foods which are bad for my body and mind. Trust me this works wonders and I do not have to force myself. I am still following it and become far better as I am eating consciously now. My body and mental health are far better than a couple of years ago.
